Job Description

The Kitchen Staff/Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar position.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
